Costs
Details of treatment costs are shown on the separate fee schedule. Payment for initial consultation and semen analysis is due on the day. Full payment for the treatment cycle is due on the first day of monitoring. Patients will be invoiced in advance.
Failure to settle accounts on the due date will result in cancellation of treatment. If, for any reason, treatment is cancelled prior to completion, an appropriate reimbursement will be made.
Please ensure that you read and understand our refund policy which is outlined on the fee schedule, prior to commencement of treatment. If you have any questions please speak to a member of the finance team.

Drugs
All prescribed drugs which are not included in the fees, may be purchased from Origin.
The total cost of drugs may be different for each couple and will be calculated individually, and can range between £750 - £1200.
All drugs and treatment costs must be paid for in advance. Payment can be made by personal cheque, cash, banker's draft, Visa/MasterCard or Maestro/Switch. Cheques should be made payable to Origin.
