Costs
Details of treatment costs are shown on the separate fee schedule. Payment for initial consultation and semen analysis is due on the day. Full payment for the treatment cycle is due on the first day of monitoring. Patients will be invoiced in advance.
Failure to settle accounts on the due date will result in cancellation of treatment. If, for any reason, treatment is cancelled prior to completion, the necessary reimbursement will be made.
Please note that these prices are reviewed regularly and may differ from those published here or in your information pack. Please confirm price prior to commencing treatment.

Payment
In order to keep cycle costs to a minimum, patients are requested to pay for consultation and semen analysis on the day. Treatment fees must be paid in full at the planning visit. Payment can be made by personal cheque, cash, banker's draft, Visa/MasterCard or Maestro/Switch. Cheques should be made payable to Origin. A surcharge of 2% will be added to credit card payments over £500. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that payment in full is made on the specified day. If payment has not been made, and funds cleared, your treatment cannot proceed.
If a treatment cycle involving SSR is cancelled during stimulation a full refund for SSR will be made. If no sperm are recovered during Surgical Sperm recovery there will be no refund.
If the treatment plan is changed during the stimulation phase, refund and/or additional treatment costs will be calculated individually.
Drugs
All prescribed drugs which are not included in the fees, may be purchased from Origin.
The total cost of drugs may be different for each couple and will be calculated individually, and can range between £750 - £1200.
