Origin Closure June 2012
Over recent months we have identified some weaknesses in our management system which require immediate attention. In discussion with our regulators HFEA and RQIA we have agreed a voluntary closure in order to implement a Quality Improvement Plan. This closure will commence Monday 11 June and will last for at least two weeks. We will endeavour to reinstate a full service to our patients as soon as possible. We are confident that the planned changes will strengthen our process and improve our service. Whilst there have been no serious incidents that have affected patient care it is important that we strengthen our management and administration systems to ensure this remains the case.
We hope that you will be understanding of this situation and we do apologise if your treatment is delayed as a consequence. However we do believe that the outcome of this initiative will be an even better service provided by Origin Fertility Care.

No Waiting List
The team at Origin Fertility Care recognize that, for some patients, it is unsatisfactory to have a long wait to commence treatment. Now, if appropriate, patients can move directly from consultation to treatment.
